John C. Earls earned his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Washington under Nathan Price in the Hood-Price Lab at the Institute for Systems Biology. His research has contributed to the formation of two startups, Arivale (now closed), and Aevum Aging (co-founder, acquired by Onegevity and subsequently Thorne Healthtech).John's research is focused on leveraging machine learning and systems biology approaches to quantify health, wellness, and disease using multi-omic (genome, proteome, metabolome, and microbiome), longitudinal personalized health data.John is currently Director of Health Intelligence at Onegevity, where he develops tools and methods to optimize clients' health and minimize risk of disease.His Erdos number is 4.
