This position requires entrepreneurial leadership to identify, lead and manage business opportunities and initiatives. Responsibilities include; business development, supply chain management, budgeting, financial planning, investment analysis, and risk management. Having an intercultural understanding is key in working successfully with globally operated multinational OEMs and Tier-1 companies, and in managing an international workforce.

The North American division of thyssenkrupp Aerospace holds contracts with major Aerospace OEMS supporting over 600 global subcontractors. Responsibilities included management of outside sales, engineering, estimating and planning functions. I played a key role in the startup of the near net shape program (NNS), and developed the sales and operational standards for all of the North America sites. I established major sales agreements with Japanese subcontractors and oversaw the US supply chain for sections of the latest US Airforce Trainer.
