In my time with the Omaha Royals I assisted with group sales calls, helped coordinate pre-game and in-game promotions, as well as theme nights. I also assisted with the Royals marketing efforts at the Western Heritage Museum Fan Fest.

During the College World Series I assisted NCAA officials in the NCAA offices, helped with guest relations at the VIP tent, pre-sold general admission ticket booklets and provided information to fans at the NCAA Info-Zone. I was the winner of the 2003 College World Series Ambassador Scholarship Award, given to the top Ambassador of the year.
