Building "A" is a 46,000 SF tilt-up construction warehouse addressing the cold and dry storage needs of the food bank. Building "B" is a 36,000 SF two-story masonry and steel framed structure housing the office, training and volunteer needs of the organization.Peloton Office BuildingSenior Project Manager assigned to construct office building in Bentonville, Arkansas. The project consisted of two buildings and pedestrian bridge. The intent of the project is to provide additional office and mercantile space in downtown Bentonville.Concessions and Locker Room FacilityProject Manager assigned to the 15,000 square foot Concessions and Locker Room Facility in Harrison, Arkansas. The single-story building consists of masonry and steel framed structures. The intent of the project is to meet the growing needs of the Harrison Schools Athletic Department. Duties consisted of performing constructability reviews, scope writing and bidding during preconstruction phase. During the construction phase duties included overseeing the financial management and client satisfaction.Campus ConstructionAssigned to manage the financial and customer satisfaction activities on a concrete project in Bentonville, Arkansas. The project consisted of twelve office buildings totaling approximately 720,000 square feet. The role was a departure from previous assignments. In this role I was assigned subcontracting managing responsibilities. I worked alongside a very talented team to manage second tier partners, resolve rebar, waterproofing, concrete and equipment procurement challenges. Other challenges included managing internal and external customer expectations to ensure a highly effective a productive team.

Project Manager assigned to the Valley Springs School District improvement project in Valley Springs, Arkansas. The project consisted of a new high school building, renovation of 100+ year old Administration building, select demolition and construction of a new softball field. The project finished ahead of schedule and under budget. This project allowed Nabholz the opportunity to work alongside new contractors to provide additional square footage and give a face lift to several of the historic facilities on campus.Project Manager assigned to Railyard Park in downtown Rogers, Arkansas. The project consisted of 178,201 sqft of bike trails, plazas, water stop, pre-fab restroom shipping containers, play yard, event space, and a remodel of existing farmer's market. Project Manager assigned to the 22,000 square foot Emergency Dispatch and Criminal Investigation Building for the City of Bentonville. The project was comprised of freestanding, two story building consisting of precast concrete and steel framed structures, designed for an emergency communication center, offices and vehicle processing.Duties included bid solicitation, scheduling, submittal review, RFI's, change orders, pay applications and various other financial responsibilities. I had the privilege to work with the men and women of the Bentonville Police Department each and every day. Together we have constructed a building that the City of Bentonville can be proud of for years to come.
