I founded Halsted Street Capital in August of 2011. During this time, I have consulted on a variety of projects including debt and equity capital raising; strategic planning and turn-around work. I have consulted in a array of industries including steel service, financial services, hospitality; real estate and service industries.
I joined DIR Development as CFO just prior to year end 2020, and assisted ownership in an acquisition as well as a disposal. My responsibilities include financial modeling and reporting; cash flow management; transaction structuring and financing. We also are undergoing a conversion of our accounting system, to further strengthen our financial reporting, our understanding of our tenants and properties, and providing additional support to our core business.We are undergoing rapid growth, and are actively sourcing capital both internally and externally.
