Providing investment and land evaluation advice to a client interested in large-scale carbon forestry programs in New Zealand and Brazil.

Responsible for budgeting, financial forecasting and controlling for a supply chain cost centre of €60 million. Worked closely with the Supply Chain Director to improve cross-functional processes and with the Systems Business Planner on integrated reporting tools that delivered significant improvements in tracking of both physical product flows and costs across the supply chain network.

Reporting to the General Manager, Operations, responsible for leading a team working directly with operations managers and engineering staff to develop and maintain integrated supply plans for the annual harvest of 2 million tonnes of logs. Increased plan compliance by 10% and reduced working capital by $600k through improved plans.
