My time at NEOK Production Company I was doing some day work for the company and not long I was asked to manage the company. I started an office to conduct business out of Bartlesville Oklahoma. I hired Associated Resources Inc., out of Tulsa to conduct our accounting and land administration operations. During this time the natural gas prices began to drop.

Kansas City, Missouri Area

Layne Energy offered me a position as operations manager. After weighing all my options I made the choice to accept the offer. I was once again at ground zero. I had a few employees that I inherited but once again built a solid team to deliver astounding results. I was instrumental and hands on to make sure all employees knew what was expected, staid on.
