Greeley Colorado

I began working for Bill Barrett Corporation in May 2012. They had a small office in Greeley Colorado with limited employees. I was once again instrumental in building a quality group of employees. The company was going thru a facelift of its own. They were a dominate gas company and beginning the transition of building an oil portfolio. I was the Area Superintendent for the Powder River Deep Basin with production of 2000 BOPD and 6 MMCFG/D. This Basin was divested Q1 14. I was also the Area Superintendent for the Denver Julesberg Basin with production 1000 BOPD 6 MMCFG/D upon my arrival. I was instrumental in the rapid production growth of 8300 BOE/D 3Q14 was up 150% from 3Q13.

Tulsa, Oklahoma Area

My time at NEOK Production Company I was doing some day work for the company and not long I was asked to manage the company. I started an office to conduct business out of Bartlesville Oklahoma. I hired Associated Resources Inc., out of Tulsa to conduct our accounting and land administration operations. During this time the natural gas prices began to drop below $3 Mcf. I was able to hedge 60 percent of our production at $5 Mcf. I wanted to make sure we could continue to operate on our cash flow. Not only where we able to operate but we were able to drill a well a month allowing us to discover two more streams of revenue that we did not have upon my arrival of taking over the operations. Once I left the company they continued to produce dry methane gas, natural gas liquids and crude. Due to the hydrocarbon dew point being above the pipeline specifications I was instrumental in constructing a facility to handle the NGL’s.

Kansas City, Missouri Area

Layne Energy offered me a position as operations manager. After weighing all my options I made the choice to accept the offer. I was once again at ground zero. I had a few employees that I inherited but once again built a solid team to deliver astounding results. I was instrumental and hands on to make sure all employees knew what was expected, staid on task and delivered results year over year.

Over the span of my career I have took the lead starting projects from ground zero to building a quality group of employees to deliver results. When I moved to Kansas for Devon Energy I was the only employee in Chanute Kansas. I found a building and soon established an office to conduct business. It was not long when I began to add administrative and field staff. After countless meetings with contractors I spud Devon’s first well in the Basin. Once I had the personnel in place I led the charge to deliver 40 MMCF/D Coalbed Methane Gas. By this time I had built a solid reputation across the Basin.
