I am an introspective problem solver, and I can quickly adapt my thinking to understand the plethora of perspectives within a problem. I am comfortable and confident in my ability to build consensus through shared interests or to help parties with irreconcilable differences find a solution that meets their interests. I believe that the appropriate solution protects the dignity and integrity of all the parties and provides closure. Relationships are like knots; you can either cut them or untie them. When we unravel a relationship the parties involved resolve their problems as between themselves, the solutions arrived at are an organic result of their efforts to conclude their relationship.
