I manage Power NI’s Energy Consultant’s channel to ensure that those customers who use a consultant still get the best pricing and products available. I work in a commercial sales and marketing team, our main focus being to manage our commercial customers with the best possible rates and excellent customer service across:- Retail Sector- Social Housing Sector- Agri-Food SectorMy role focuses on:- Growing Power NI's market share within the commercial electricity market- Selling products and services to businesses and organisations within my areas of specialism- Maintaining and developing customer relationships- Negotiating terms and closing sales- Gathering market intelligence to gain a better understanding of customers' business and electricity requirements- Negotiate energy supply contracts with large SME & LEU customers, proactively driving sales, achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets and KPI’s.- Focus of new acquisition and win-back of previous customers.- Develop sales pipeline and assist Marketing with win-back propositions- Gather market and customer intelligence; gaining a clear understanding of our customers'businesses and electricity requirements; feeding back future buying trends.- Represent Power NI at trade exhibitions, networking events and demonstrations
