As Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri, his team assisted the Missouri Attorney General’s office in recovering over $6 billion dollars in its cost recovery lawsuit against various tobacco defendants. This successful experience resulted in Edgar serving as co-lead counsel in several class actions in the State of Nevada arising from tobacco smoke exposure, as well as environmental contamination cases across the country.Edgar serves in key leadership roles throughout the legal and business communities and serves on the Board of Governors for the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys.
