• The Civic Building Technology project included investigation of, and use of some, technologies which contributed to the building being the second in New Zealand (by a matter of a month) to achieve a 6 Green Star energy.
• Soft phones (running on PCs) were investigated and trialled. However these were not adopted.
• The Rates project included extensive involvement with the business in determining requirements.
