Recently joined the Amazon Payments team in Seattle to continue my professional passion for making all payment interactions as frictionless and inexpensive as possible. Who better to learn from than the world's most customer centric company?!Prior to this role, I developed strong consulting and operational execution skills at Discover Financial Services. I have added value across several product lines at Discover including credit card, core banking products, home equity loans and student loans. While at Discover, I quickly moved into roles that require high-level strategy experience and expanded people leadership experience. Additionally I consider people leadership to be one of my best skills: Leveraging high "EQ" skills to focus my teams on big goals and connect with each individual to determine how their career goals align with short-term deliverables.Recently completed my MBA part-time from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in June, 2018.
