I have added value across several product lines at Discover including credit card, core banking products, home equity loans and student loans. While at Discover, I quickly moved into roles that require high-level strategy experience and expanded people leadership experience. Additionally I consider people leadership to be one of my best skills: Leveraging high "EQ" skills to focus my teams on big goals and connect with each individual to determine how their career goals align with short-term deliverables.Recently completed my MBA part-time from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in June, 2018.
