Managed the stewardship process to enhance retentions. Championed cross selling initiatives between business units.

Managed a staff of up to 55 sales, marketing underwriting, service and operational personnel who market Property Casualty insurance and related products to Fortune 1000 accounts. Financial scope of the position was approximately $200 million in premium and premium equivalents.

Managed a staff of as many as 110 clam and administrative personnel who provided property and casualty claim service for both commercial and personal lines customers. Scope of position exceeded $230 million in reserves and related expenses.
