Managed KBR's $150 million Cost Plus Award Fee Liquid Fuels contract for the elimination of 366 Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles (ICBMs, SS-17, 18, 19s)/WMDs, 90 launch silos and 16 Launch Control Centers (LCCs) in support of Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) program in the Russian Federation.
