Providing a centralised hub of labour reporting for all HR, Operations and Finance colleagues across 13 Operating Companies comprising circa 90,000 employees with varying reporting requirements and operational challenges. Also dealing with all HR system and software based maintenance with responsibility of the Company-wide Organisational Management SAP structure, HR Cognos packages and SAP HR and flagship HR Portal recruitment, onboarding and personnel software.• Creation of monthly HR Executive Board presentations delivered by the Compass UK HR Director in addition to monthly Executive business updates• Engaging the HR and Operations community in creating and developing business critical reporting packages to their exact needs and requirements• Liaising with all central and operationally based teams to create a robust reporting delivery strategy, developing exceptionally strong relationships with IT/Business Intelligence and Finance teams• Day-to-day tasks involve dealing with high volumes of ad hoc requests received from all business sectors and reporting levels, requiring accurate manipulation and analysis of SAP HR and Payroll systems, creation and presentation of complex and visually appealing Access and Excel Databases and Cognos Query Studio and Report Studio reports• Presentation of often complex data to HR and Operational teams, highlighting trends and potential issues within their reporting remits• Production and analysis of complex tender and sales bids to aid Business Development Leaders in securing new business for the Company• Developing the technical skills of colleagues within the HR department in the use of SAP systems, Cognos and Excel• Maintenance and management of SAP/Success Factors Talent, Performance and Remuneration software package Show less
