Responsible for providing legal support for all of Hilton's Enterprise Information Technology transactions and Vendor Management.

Supported Fannie Mae’s delivery of IT, financial and administrative services to the US Treasury in connection with the Administration's $50 Billion mortgage foreclosure prevention program (HAMP). This is the largest BPO ever in the US.

BearingPoint was a 17,000 - employee global management and IT services firm doing business in 37 countries. As Deputy General Counsel for Global Legal Services I led my team of 33 lawyers and legal professionals in supporting all aspects of the company’s commercial and government client capture, contracting and IT service delivery activities in 37 countries, including the US. My team members were located throughout Asia Pacific (China, Japan, Korea and Australia), Europe (Germany, France, Spain and Austria) and the Americas (Brazil, Mexico and the US) and, I’m happy to say, are some of the greatest and most talented people I’ve ever had the privilege of working with.

Member of the firm's Global Outsourcing Group where I structured and negotiated complex IT and business process outsourcing transactions for leading companies in the financial services, insurance and retail industries. From mid-1999 to January 2001 I was Strategic Advisor to the Federal Government of Australia in connection with its IT Outsourcing Initiative and had the pleasure of living in Canberra, Australia with my family.

Structured, negotiated and drafted agreements for software licensing, distribution and reseller arrangements, application and multimedia product development, technology outsourcing, Internet subscriber services, software licensing, distribution and reseller arrangements, application and multimedia product development, professional services and the sale and purchase of software development companies. Established US and cross-border joint ventures for the development and distribution of software products.

Worked on broad range of US and international and business transactions including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and numerous other commercial law matters.Assisted in the formation of global professional services organization Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu through the merger of Touche Ross International and Deloitte Haskins & Sells International and their respective member firms in 57 countries
