I built site-to-site VPN tunnels with regional offices and business partners. I upgraded our remote site firewalls from ASA code 7.2 to 9.2.4.5 to remediate an IPSEC exploit. I built a reverse web proxy, using Apache on Server 2012 to allow our business partners to access our Tableau business analytics application.

I imported our wireless controllers, AP's and created real-time heat maps in Prime.I oversaw acquisition of Canandaigua regional office, configured their network and brought up a site-to-site IPSEC VPN tunnel between their regional office and headquarters. I configured Cisco Call Manager Express 8.0 for our regional offices.Day to day procedure involves configuring Cisco Unified Communications Manager (Call Manager) 7.1.5, configuring Cisco 7942, 7945, 7965 IP Phones, 7925G Wireless IP phones and Cisco 186 analog telephone adapters, and configuring Gai-Tronics SIP phones for commercial use in public buildings. I've created route patterns, route lists and route groups for varying applications. I've created SIP trunks between CUCM and IVR's as well as Red Box Recording servers. I create and maintain voicemail accounts in Cisco Unity 7.1.5, synchronizing with LDAP as necessary. I configure different sets of UCCX 8.0 scripts for our handicapped and public bus customer call centers. I update applications, prompts and scripts in UCCX. I generate backups of CUCM, Unity, and UCCX in Disaster Recovery.
