This included commercial, financial, and legal structure along with engineering guidance for each phase of the project. Model developed project gates to limit capital exposure during project development and provided financial analysis requirements at each gate based on project risk structure. · Identified and Originated multiple natural gas, industrial, and coal-based projects leading customer engagement activities for prospecting CCUS projects in U.S and Canada, applying project lessons learned to commercial and customer discussions. · Curated Capex, Opex, and Utility estimation tool for Hydrogen and CCUS projects utilizing existing feasibility data, eliminating the requirement for FEL-1 AND FEL-2 studies for newly originated projects. · Lead Strategic Planning group to implement Project Development Strategy based on market and customer outlook that aligns with TC Energy’s company goals. Managed pipeline downtime construction planning, procurement, staging, lifting, equipment, and HSSE plans for each site. • Managed project schedule for 10+ months of construction and for 10+ contractors for all 4 sites. • Project Engineered $15M ILI pig run on decommissioned pipeline executed in Nitrogen. Performed hydraulics, wrote procedure, and lead control center during operation of pig run throughout each segment ran. Analytics were pulled in real-time to ensure minimum and maximum speed were maintained.• Completed FEL engineering and managed various maintenance projects including pressure control valve sizing/installation, relief valve sizing/installation, Pump foundation, pump seal, and pump motor repair.• Project Managed/Engineered EFRD Block Valve conversion to MOV along with cathodic protection remediation project. Installing power cabinet, UPS, Add-A-Phase, and PLC. Dairyland rectifier and insulating kits were installed to mitigate pressure transmitter bounce. • Lead operation emergency control center team during emergency response activity. Performed hydraulics to calculate vapor pocket locations, frac tank size, pressure drop through installed header piping, and relief flow rate. Wrote procedure for each drain location during response plan to successfully mitigate emergency response condition.

• Conducted over 30+ Surge Analysis studies using Synergi Pipeline Simulator and followed OMS procedures to implement solutions for avoiding water hammer and column separation risk within the pipeline. Results included lifting flow rate restriction previously set and increasing flow by 12%.• Engineered $150M Project using AFT simulations and providing over 200+ possible Tank -> Station Booster -> Main Line Unit configurations for future capacity expansion. Results included increasing flow rate by 3X and falling below budget by 50M due to unforeseen possible optimization opportunities shown by the model.• Engineered Pump Rules - pipeline operation rules to mitigate Safe Operating Limit alarms when starting/stopping pump stations. Setting timer limits, PCV set points, and Block Valve sequencing to reduce water hammer events across the line.• Speaker at DNV GL International Software Summit - Top Hydraulic Modeling Software Summit - showcasing model with delivering volume to multiple delivery points simultaneously at different strip rates, DRA levels, and batch sequencing. Included over 2000+ lines of ADL code for batching, pump sequencing, DRA shutoff before Jet arrival, and delivery facility valve operation.• Provide engineering for new pipeline installations (mainline and facility) using flow assurance and cost analysis• Defines and assures operating limits for facilities and mid-line pumping stations.• Engineers, Coordinates, and provide review for new equipment installations• Develops and implements reliability, maintenance, and operational strategies for facilities and overall systems.

• Increased flow rate through pipeline by calculating the system's head loss with DRA and installing the pump that provided the required flow rate (1M).• Prevented system shutdown by rerouting sump discharge line to suction side of mainline pumping unit, and also sizing positive displacement pump to overcome mainline pressure (750k).• Optimized pig removal process by bringing scraper trap above grade, rerouting drain lines, mounting required relief equipment and installing drain plugs to ensure zero product release (750k).• Established a process to optimize valve expenditures by ranking valves based off their maintenance requirements and HSE risk (2M).• Standardized “proof of concept” documents for hydrotest, thermal relief valve orifice area, and statically indeterminate pipe deflection calculations.

Internship Overview:Designed clamps and perimeter seal/void fill enclosures to stop fluid leakage at various pressures and temperatures. Each design was required to fit the construction layout, avoiding any obstructions in place. Calculations for stresses, strains, bolt load, and bending moments were required for each design. I also:• Designed and provided stress, strain, bending moments and bolt load calculations for 120+ Flange, Bonnet, T-Valve, and simple line enclosures.• Completed Word based HTML “Homepage” with 40+ ASME code references tabulated, 10+ standardized guidelines written with additional explanation from Solidworks pictures, and 30+ TEAM standard clamp designs created for the engineers’ reference. Though the estimated project completed time was 4 months, the project was finished in 3 weeks.• Presented to TEAM Furmanite president, Jeff Ott, the efficiency of the engineering department by compiling job data such as turnaround time and backlog. • Learned and spectated the manufacturing process of industrial sized clamps/enclosures• Provided Finite Element Analysis using Solidworks for TEAM standard line enclosures

As a server I commanded 7-8 tables at a time during prime hours on Friday and Saturday. I learned a lot about maintaining a high quality of service whilst under pressure due to the amount of tables being managed at a time. Speed and precision were key to making it through the night without any hang ups or unhappy guests.
