As a reliability engineering consultant, I oversee the implementation of RCM engineering methodologies and culture change in large organizations in order to optimize the availability/reliability of rotating equipment and drastically improve the bottom line/profitability of these organizations. The hardest part is implementing and sustaining the culture change required for the methodologies to work long-term.A millwright by Trade I then Graduated from the SKF College of Engineering as a Reliability Engineer. I am experienced in many Predictive Maintenance (PdM) techniques: Vibration Analysis (single, dual, multi-channel steady state & and transient), Rotor Dynamics, and many certifications in other areas of NDT.I have combined and applied Reliability Engineering concepts and Industrial experiences to great effect in the agricultural field as well, with a proven and recorded track record of success.My hands-on experience in the installation, balancing, and commissioning of high-end turbomachinery gives me a unique perspective and approach to equipment monitoring and reliability, business, and farm asset management.I have additional certifications in advanced bearing maintenance and technology, elastomeric seal technology, mechanical seals, drive systems & and lubrication to name a few.I'm also an ex BINDT VA Lev IIII analyst, Lev III trainer, and examiner. Instrumental in the development and presentation of SKF BINDT VA Courses under TC108 in the United Kingdom.In short, I have a hands-on, and interactive approach to asset management backed up by a diverse skill set that is allied with an inventive approach to problem-solving. I've always been passionate about my work; as an enthusiastic engineer and rancher, self-driven professional development always keeps my skills and knowledge relevant.I am convinced that I can achieve any set targets or goals as required and surpass management’s expectations through a dedicated approach and teamwork.
