Received recommendations from multiple professors at Normandale Community College to work at the tutor center through work-study. High paced environment with students coming in with needs ranging from college algebra to calculus IV. I was selected after one semester to become a supplemental instructor for Calculus I in addition to my regular tutor duties. I was effective enough to be solicited for private tutoring outside of the center on a need by need basis.

Supported more than 3000 users internationally by phone, email and remote screen sharing software within a limited but efficient staff. Travel 3-4 times a year to newly acquired companies for changing systems over to the domain.
