• Front office duties, including oversight of billing and accounting matters • Client liaison, quotes, price negotiation and final costing’s • Completion of job sheets, menus and timescale schedules for all events• Venue site visits, risk assessments, HSE matters and guidance on layout and setup.• Event management – including setup and positioning of all furniture, catering equipment and table layout, working to allotted timescales and narrow deadlines.• Staff supervision, guidance and on-going training.
