Brook Bakery is a family-owned company founded in 1988. We originally began trading from our own retail outlets. By 1999, demand was high so we moved production to a larger industrial site. Today, we operate from a brand new, purpose-built facility, with the capacity to hold 200 pallets at a time.At Brook Bakery we offer award-winning, high-quality bread rolls , bread loaves, pastries and confectionery. Each of our products are tasteful, well presented, and made with great care.We now specialise in long-life products such as bread rolls, which have had much success. We have the capacity to facilitate large pallet quantity orders for larger customers. We have previously supplied the likes of B&M, Danzar Food, and British Airways.We have 30 years of experience in producing and delivering high-quality products, in which we hope to make a real difference to customers, through building connections and providing a reliable service.
