John started in the commercial real estate business in 2003 and specializes in advising land owners in the Austin, DFW, Houston, and San Antonio markets. He has had experience in all four major markets with regards to land brokerage (both acquisition and disposition), land entitlement, real estate advisement, and consulting. His clients include multi-national corporations, investment funds, public entities, family trusts, developers, homebuilders, lenders, and individual owners with assets across the land spectrum. John is active in both the brokerage and development communities across Texas and has completed transactions in excess of $1 billion in his career.
