Accountable for all matters pertaining to performance of Healthcare's development operations (Midwest Region) for the nation's eighth largest healthcare developer in the U.S.Lead a staff for the development delivery process encompassing real estate evaluation, property acquisition, zoning, entitlements, due diligence, site and building planning, budgeting, scheduling, permitting and construction for the company's regional healthcare portfolio consisting of over 650,000 s.f. valued at $200 Million.

Responsible for office wholesale sales and warehouse distribution of industrial grade wood products throughout the Midwestern United States.

Began working out of college as an Assistant Superintendent. Moved into the office as an Assistant Project Manager then into the Estimating department and worked over the last four years as a Project Manager, Estimator, Director of Safety & Training and Manager of the corporate computer system.
