Act as the professional contributor to the HR organization, represents the HR Manager on a cluster capacity in within the organization• Act as an HR account management model, including the capability to support unique business requirements inherent to being embedded as HRBP to the admin and operations teams• Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally• Administers behavioral interviews on all supervisory and managerial internal candidates and partners with the hiring manager on final hiring, transfer, promotion decisions.• Actively identifies gaps, proposes, and implements changes necessary to cover risks• Facilitates and documents skip-level meetings, FGD, coffee sessions, HR Huddles, and NHO within Cluster• Handles Internal Job Sourcing and Internal Pre- On-Boarding• Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management• Conduct employee new hire orientation/training to foster a positive attitude towards organizational objectives

• Reviews appropriate Notice to Explain and Notice of Decision (taking into consideration all documents and evidence gathered) for issuance to erring employees.• Assists in conducting administrative hearings by transcribing recordings, setting up schedules and issuing letters of invitations.• Conducts research to assist with design and implementation of company policies and procedures impacting employment terms/rights of employees.• Communicates effectively with Immediate Supervisors to create a positive working environment by addressing grievances related to labor relations.• Escalates critical legal or labor concerns to the HR Supervisor - Legal and Labor Relations• Assists the HR Supervisor - Legal and Labor Relations in the preparation of DOLE requirements for the yearly DOLE inspection.• Conducts orientation to all managers/supervisors’ topics related to legal and labor relations.• Assists the HR Supervisor - Legal and Labor Relations in the preparation of documents to be used on NLRC cases and/or court hearings.

Filing and Maintaining employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.• Ensure new hire paperwork is completed and processed.• Maintain records of employee participation in all training and development program.• Prepare government reports as to remain in compliance.• Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR Director and HR Specialist• Deal with employee request regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations• Assist in Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)• Address concerns pertaining to the HRIS.

• Responsible for monitoring of AWOL suspension / habitual and excessive absence(s) case, department request case, grievance case, health and safety case and other special cases.• Release Notice to Explain and Decision for AWOL suspension / excessive absences and other cases.• Conducts Administrative Investigation and giving advice(s) and counseling to concerned employee(s).• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters / issues.• Attends to employees' grievances, inquiries and other concerns.• Conducting Briefing andOrientation to newly hired Employee(s)
