Involved in the upgrade of a Batch COBOL application for direct deposit. The upgrade being to allow for payments from multiple ministries under a new subschema using IDMS 12.0

Developed various batch and on line projects by analyzing resources and user needs, creating operational specifications, then writing and testing the new or modified programs. This was done in consultation with users to ensure their satisfaction. Also provided troubleshooting expertise on 4 different mainframe systems and on line applications.

Involved in maintenance of PAGAS, an automobile insurance application that uses on line dialogs, batch programs, and VSAM tables. Also wrote PAGAS scans and other programs and dialogs from specifications.
