USAID funded Higher Education System Strengthening Activity (HESSA) Program - Pakistan Design and execute capacity building programs to higher education institutions in Pakistan. Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship for leadership development and programming to focal area personnel to strengthen their capability in delivering capacity building programs to university students.  Ensure the program is delivered according to the approved proposal, and monitor learning over time. Coordinates with M&E team to develop and implement a strong monitoring and evaluation system and collect high-quality data to measure the program’s effectiveness and impact. Provide management and other functional units with input on best practice approaches for managing challenging participant issues or emergencies.Porticus Foundation funded Talents for Good Program - Global Design and execute alumni network development activities with program sponsor, university partners, program participants and alumni. Serve as the main point of contact with the program sponsor, coordinating program implementation and reporting. Employ an Emergent Learning approach to guide the overall alumni network development, participant driven management, long-term sustainability, and virtual activities. Monitor relevant sections of the program documentation and data processing for programmatic and financial reporting and assist monitoring, evaluation, and learning activities to ensure following program goals.

USAID funded US – Egypt Higher Education Initiative Private University Scholarships Program (LSP) Supervise Advising Coordinators to ensure the achievement of programmatic goals. Contribute to the planning and implementation of capacity building for Advising Coordinators; through planning work, filling jobs, assigning work, coaching, and assessing the progress of their work. Further, asses their performance to highlight successes and concerns. Assume primary responsibility for medium to large case load of participants, monitoring and tracking their academic progress, conduct, well-being, and program compliance. Provides guidance regarding participant academic/professional progress. This includes overseeing the overall academic progression of students and ensuring proper corrective actions take place as needed. Nurture the relationship with partner universities through coordination, visits, and meetings. Establish communication and reporting mechanisms with partners to support program implementation. Monitor expenses against established budget. Monitor relevant sections of the program budget and financial requirements to ensure expenditures are within budget and are allowable, allocable, and appropriate. Ensure compliance with USAID and USG rules and regulations. Provide the Project Director and other functional units with input on best practice approaches for managing challenging participant issues or emergencies. Successfully concluded the project achieving all the required objectives and goals, under the position scope.

USAID funded Leadership Opportunities Transforming University Students (LOTUS) Scholarship Program Support and strengthens the program community through fostering positive and nurturing relationships with students, program partner organizations and university coordinators. Assume responsibility for mentoring students and serving as a resource to them for personal and inter-personal issues such as teamwork on activities, academic challenges, and adjustment issues. Attend sessions held at IIE and partner universities and provides on-site logistical, monitoring and evaluation and reports on sessions accordingly. Design and deliver Leadership in Action sessions on themes such as: sustainable development, leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills, team building, entrepreneurship, and others. Handle the community service component of the program including researching and developing a database of organizations at which students can volunteer, helps make linkages between students and organizations, and monitors community service activities and hours.

US Department of State’s Office of Middle East Partnership Initiative (MEPI) funded LIFT-OFF Program Lead the implementation of the program activities as designed in the program agreement. Assume the responsibility of outreach, selection, and recruitment for the program participants. Represent IIE MENA Region Office as the official facilitator for scheduled events under the program. Support in the coordination with local partners to ensure timely and quality implementation of the program activities.Other Programs,  Support Education-USA Iraq Study Fair, representing IIE MENA Region Office, Irbil - Iraq, April 2014. Lead the implementation of US-Egypt Science Discovery Program camp funded by U.S Department of State, supervising the camp organizers/volunteers and facilitating the leadership sessions, Egypt, June 2012.
