As a lead technician for the Front End of Line I am responsible keeping of track of the productivity and up time of the production tools to ensure the critical CTS module always has quality incoming material. I am expected to respond to alarms and faults on several different toolsets and coordinate maintenance coverage when needed. As the lead, I manage.

As a process technician I would perform all the metrology test. I performed reliability and environmental test on module and single cells. I would support production when needed. I would take inventory of the modules. I would work close with the scientist to help them get their data on a timely matter. I also worked in the device characterization lab.

Working in a fast paced Development environment for the worlds leading Microchip builder, I supported manufacturing operations several areas in a Class 1 clean room production facility. As a flex team member, I supported such functional areas as Lithography, Etch, and Planar running the following tool sets: NSJ Litho, ASML Litho, Wet Bench Etch, Gasonics.
