I have worked in the Airport Systems industry for since 1997 when I started with Airport 20/20 (A product of Talgentra NZ). This has involved both development and implementation of Airport Systems in the following fields:- Flight Information Display- Aeronautical Billing- Resource PlanningMy primary role since becoming Operations Manager in 2004 is to Manage the Airport 20/20 Technical Team. This involves:- Business Analysis- Project Management / Project Direction- Some software development- Procedural and Standards development- Staff Management- Customer ManagementAirport 20/20 has progressed and now has implementations in many countries. This has meant that my role has encompassed a growing international component. To meet the demands of our growing customer base we have setup European and North American offices, this created new challenges in the area of managing an international staff.Specialties: International Project Managment
