As a one man shop I wear every hat required which begins with meeting with potential clients to discuss their requirements. If the initial meeting goes well and we proceed with their project I will design and draw up the plans using a Vemco drafting machine --- no computerized sketches as I'm truly old school! From these sketches I will calculate the material cost and total project cost to present to the client. It's always my intent to have them accept that and work begins. I very seldom hire additional help except for those jobs that require help with the delivery and installation if needed.
