The GUILD Building, located at 400 Wyoming Avenue, Scranton was established in 1940 by Catholic Diocese of Scranton. Dr John Evanish, III and his wife Janine purchased the building in 2014 and quickly began both interior and exterior renovations of the four-story facility containing approximately 36,506 square feet of space.
