MoJo translates as "pay the man" in the local dialect. "MoJo" makes compressed earth blocks for sale and delivery. These can be sold cheaper than the ubiquitous cement blocks and offer a more favourable insulation, sustainability and health profile. We have also buiit schools / classrooms at three village locations. We educate and employ up to 25 staff, hence moving whole extended families out of poverty.MoJo has land on which to build 56 European standard properties for subsequent sale and reinvestment in education. We will also include 6 social enterprise businesses at this new community. We employ young construction workers at a living wage, 3x the local wage. Profits from the house sales will go to sponsor additional students to their qualifications. We will also provide training and paid work experience to these students.
