Williams Lea CCM Ltd are UK leaders in Business and Communication Services. In early 2021, our private equity owners took a strategic decision to exit our sector. As part of a small group of experienced leaders, through 2021/2022 we readied the business for a sale and managed a process to deliver maximum value to our shareholder whilst finding the right home for our workforce and our clients. In April 2022 we announced the sale of the business to the largest and most successful player in our sector - Paragon. After a highly successful transition of the business to Paragon, I exited the business to take up a role with a key client (big 4 accountancy and consultancy firm)

In previous years, my roles irrespective of title have been about generating bottom line contribution through the management of exceptional relationships with a wonderful group of clients and prospects. I have excelled in that role because I have a superb team that I consider to be the very best in the B2B environment. In mid 2017 I also took on the Williams Lea manufacturing businesses/factories - 4 sites in London, Norwich, Shepshed and Normanton. With an incredibly talented management team we have transformed those sites, their client performance and their financial contribution so that they are now at the leading edge of manufacturing in our industry. I am particularly proud of the fact that we have generated the result that Williams Lea deserves in precisely the right manner - by caring deeply about every one of our employees, their Health Safety and Welfare first, their working conditions and their interaction with senior leadership. We have created a special culture and I would like to publicly thank every single equally important contributor for taking control of their own destiny and making our business great again. We are now 12 months into an aggressive 5 year program that will see Williams Lea return to its previously undisputed position as the benchmark in Transactional Print, Digital Workflow and Business Process Outsourcing.
