• Establish market price for rent rate, accept and screen applications, show houses to prospective tenants and confirm financial eligibility• Negotiate contract with tenants, collect security deposits and setup payment processes• Remain on call 24 hours a day to address and resolve property maintenance, repairs and other issues• Build relationships with tenants while enforcing property rules and payment deadlines
