As Director of Operations at CIERA, the astronomy research Center at Northwestern, I manage the day-to-day support of our faculty, postdocs, and graduate students. This includes working with colleagues across Northwestern to address new questions in financial operations, human resources, event management and support, and space management. I also oversee.

This includes oversight of financial operations, event coordination, and our web & social medial presence, as well as helping faculty, postdocs, and graduate students with proposals and grants management.

As Assistant Scientist at UW-Madison, I developed general-purpose computational models of gas hydrodynamics on a wide variety of scales: from outflows of gas from stars, to magnetically-dominated outflows from black holes, to large-scale flows of gas from entire Galaxies.
