With Arctic Leaf, I managed approximately 10 E-Commerce digital marketing accounts for enterprise level clients. I managed all projects in accordance with company policy, reported accurate KPIs to both upper management and the clients on a weekly basis via video chat (Zoom and Google), utilizing Teamwork for project management. I also provided recommendations to clients for potential upsells and made recommendations for site updates/upgrades when applicable.

At BizIQ, I manage approximately 150 SMB Local SEO accounts. These accounts are anything ranging from just a website we are currently hosting all the way to a full Local SEO marketing package which includes hosting, local brand management, SEO local strategy implementation, Google Business Profile optimization, and reporting all transparency to the clients via phone, text, email, or video chat/screen share. I was promoted to Account Manager- Level 2 due to a high level of success in the campaigns and accounts along with other projects I manage such as Blog content ordering and evaluation for accuracy. There are multiple KPIs monitored by the company in addition to upselling existing clients SMM, PPC, Ecommerce site add-ons among other things. This position is fully remote.

At Doordash, I worked fulltime as an Account Executive contacting restaurants in an effort to get their accurate menu listed on Doordash's platform. This involved cold-calling an assigned book of business in addition to emailing and texting restaurant managers and owners across the United States. This position was a fully remote position. I performed in the top 10% of the department, consistently meeting and exceeding expectations set forth by Doordash such as quotas and KPIs.

Selling, setting up, and repairing things such as websites, domains, email accounts, local listing updates, security products, etc is what I sold to customers who really weren't aware of their options as most business owners may know their business well, but they lack in the area of online presence which is where I came in. I made the "GoDaddy Rockstar" list 12 times in my time I was there. I have been given numerous awards and even mentioned to White House members (this has to do with my veteran status I have at GoDaddy) in an effort to grow our veteran program using me as an example of what success can look like for a veteran at GoDaddy.

My position includes answering phone calls and making phone calls, following up with hot leads, contacting web leads via phone or email, long distance as well as in person sales, selling motorcycles, detailing motorcycles, keeping a professional appearance both in attire and in my cubicle, and work with others within the dealership to ensure a positive experience for our customers as well as weekly and daily training exercises to keep my skills on point.
