John is Director of Valuation at Donoghue Property Valuations, with 30 years of experience in Valuation and with credentials as an Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI), Certified Practicing Valuer (CPV) and a former Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). John is committed to providing high-quality and reliable valuation services to clients across various property asset classes. He is a current NSW API State Committee Member, seeking to contribute to the professional standards and development of the property industry. He volunteers his time to the API to interview candidates for both RPV and CPV qualifications, as well as to working groups, most recently the Current Value of Operational Assets paper.One of his core competencies and interests is the valuation of land acquisition and compensation under the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act (NSW), making him a sought-after expert in the field. Additionally, he has extensive experience in handling numerous Local Government and Crown Land acquisitions. John has also provided invaluable advisory services to landholders during EnergyCo acquisitions within the Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) and has been engaged as an expert witness for Class 3 Land & Environment Court & NSW Supreme Court matters.
