John F. Wasmuth is an Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI & P. App.) and possesses over 40 years of appraisal and consulting experience. John is a Professional Agrologist (P. Ag.) with a major in Agricultural Economics, specializing in Farm & Ranch Management. John is a graduate of the University of Alberta where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture. John coordinated and managed an independent consulting and real property appraisal practice for 25 years after leaving a multi-national consulting and business advisory group. John and his family have various real estate interests and own and operate a grain and oilseed farm in the greater Edmonton area, which enables him to provide practical hands-on advice in real estate investment and the operation of agricultural businesses along with factually supported professional opinions and technical advice. John currently provides consulting services involving the assessment of economic losses relative to personal injuries and fatalities to persons involved in primary agriculture and agri-business.
