Warranty admin at Chattanooga location of Worlwide equipment. Responsible for checking warranties, standard and extended, on customer units in for repairs in our shop. On Determination of warranty, or lack thereof, filing claim, shipping part if required, Input of proper terminology, managing aging report, and closing of ticket on completion.Have also worked in parts dept. inventory control, Parts mgr., Asst. parts mgr., as well as shipping/receiving clerk.

Management of Inventory levels via sales reports each day and comparing sales of each part in relation to amounts, span of time to sell said part, and ordering parts accordingly. Also the input of parts attained from local sources, setting up part # with pricing enabling the parts counterman to sell the part across the counter.
