Responsible for managing the District Utility unit. This includes 7 FDOT personnel and all consultants.Responsible for meeting all Lettings for FDOT District 1.Fiscal responsibility of $1.5 million dollar District Wide SUE & Utility Coordination contract for the FDOT Utility Department. Approval authority of SUE proposals. Reviewed and evaluated criteria from design to request SUE work for incorporation into design plans.Develop and implemented training programs for all project managers regarding policies and procedures for the utility department.Serve as a Liaison for FDOT at all conferences.Handled Utility Coordination tasks for all projects within FDOT District 1.
