Vice President, Service & MaintenanceJohn has been with Donnelly Mechanical since its inception in 1989. When he was first hired, John was the company’s only mechanic (and operated the only service truck). As the company grew, John became Partner—and now oversees all field operations for Donnelly’s maintenance & service division. He oversees 60 employees and is responsible for thousands of accounts. John has personally hired all the mechanics, project managers and field supervisors at the firm, and continues to maintain an active role managing Donnelly’s client relationships. John also holds several certifications including factory training in multiple types of HVAC equipment, CFC refrigerant certification, OSHA certification and Dale Carnegie Leadership Training.
