Integrated Voice Systems was founded by John Faubion and Jeff Goerlich in January of 2008 to design, install and service VoIP telephone and data networks. Our specialty is small businesses that need a telephone and data solution that fits their needs. Since the solution is designed to work together, sharing data is simplified. Our flagship system integrates a VoIP telephone system, a network file system, an email server, and a document storage system into a single system that is protected by a firewall, uninterruptable power supply and off site backup. We like this system for how well it works. Customers love this system for its cost or rather its lack of cost.

Routing and provisioning programming for Nortel DMS-500 Telephone Systems. Built and tested initial provisioning loads for system startup. Provisioning initial routing loads for system turn up. Interfaced with customers to develop a complete routing solution for their new DMS-500 system. Worked with other providers such and Bell, Concordia and others to put together a solution to properly route all calls.

Installed and configured hardware and software required to convert DMS-100 and DMS-250 systems to DMS-500 configuration. Provisioned trunk groups, and brought them into service. Connected and provisioned system alarms. Configured and recorded systems announcements. Configured system logs, performance metrics, and daily reports. Monitored system for proper operation through logs, alarms, and reports.
