As the President/CEO of Troubleshooter Mechanical Services and Electro Freeze of the Carolinas, I oversee the strategic direction, operations, sales, and service of a full-service mechanical contracting company that specializes in chain restaurants, governmental entities, and large-scale commercial mechanical systems. With over 30 years of experience in the HVAC and Refrigeration industries, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing complex projects, optimizing operations, reducing costs, and building high-performance teams.My career path has been diverse and rewarding, spanning from avionics systems in the Air Force, to software engineering for call center and database solutions, to senior management roles in IT infrastructure and support for Hilton Hotels. Along the way, I have earned multiple certifications, including MCSE, EPA 608, and Commercial Mechanical Contractor licenses in three states. I am passionate about recruiting and developing top talent across technical disciplines to deliver exemplary service and solutions to our clients. My mission is to make Troubleshooter the preferred mechanical services provider in the region, as well as enhancing our product lineup as the Carolinas distributor for quality Electro Freeze premium frozen dessert products.
