- In charge of planning logistics operations related to CO2 delivery in Ontario (350 clients, 27 drivers, 19 tractors, and 24 trailers).- Managed customer supply based on telemetry consumption levels in coordination with three production plants to minimize costs and the risk of run-out.

- Ensure the management of incoming and outgoing flows for warehouse storage (Unicom, SAP, Excel, customer/supplier sites, Lss).- Coordinate transport and logistics operations (provincial, national, international, and multimodal) with a volume of 200 logistics operations per week.

- Plan and coordinate the supply to retail points in collaboration with over 25 drivers daily.- Supervise warehouse staff for receiving/shipping, sorting, packaging, and production operations (25 clerks / 7 forklift operators).- Manage inventory levels (Distribution center, donations, partners, and 17 stores).- Solicit external transport companies and place purchase orders for deliveries.- Fleet Management.
