• In demand as an advisor and thought leader on the shifting social and economic realities that are resulting from our aging population, and a strategic voice on how to work with the healthcare and aging services industry. • A 30+ year career in the not-for-profit healthcare and aging field, first as a university professor and administrator, then as director of a charitable foundation, a professional membership association, and currently the leading philanthropic association in aging. • Wide experience in executive leadership at both the CEO and Board levels, including staffing and HR issues, regulatory requirements in not-for-profit and charitable organizations, fundraising, and CEO evaluation.
