My key responsibility is to sell raw land, acreage and waterfront home sites. They're priced from 75,000.00 to 300,000.00. This includes a 2 hour presentation showing The Commons of Lake Houston, closing and writing the deal, placing with lender, gathering conditions, working with Title Co.s to set a closing date to complete the deal. I have the top producer trophy every year I have been here. My position consists of everything from training new salespeople to recruiting new banks.

My duties included closing and writing deals and seeing them through to the close, working with lenders, title co.'s and clients. I was top producer here as well hitting all quarterly and annual bonus'.

I started as a sales consultant for the first year. My responsibilities were to sell manufactured houses. I qualified, toured, and closed deals. I was top producer my first year. I was promoted to sales manager which included hiring and training sales people, doing T.O's, custom ordering homes, scheduling deliveries, and motivating everyone. I was then moved to G.M. in the Huntsville Dealership.My job description went to working with banks on lines of credit and floor plan, to adding and maintaining mortgage co.'s, and deciding which bank best fit each client. I also worked with five home manufacturers, and was responsible for knowing each of their products and available options, as well as their timelines to order homes for clients and for stock.I had to coordinate with movers, set up crews,carpenters, electricians, plumbers,and construction people to get the home completed for funding. I was also responsible for payroll and the cost of ding business.
