Supported a cross functional team of 18 tasked with designing networked systems to improve submarine navigation. Coordinated with senior engineers, administrative professionals and departmental personnel to gain an understanding of industry and APL best practices; authored numerous Quality Assurance Plans. Solicited input and downloaded financial data and prepared monthly financial and work summaries for multiple government customers. Negotiated and established work group processes and procedures. Researched Military Standards 882C and prepared a System Safety Program Plan. Prepared task and risk management plans. Conducted a trade study on four COTS software solutions to track and manage over 750 Government owned items. Researched and implemented an Asset Management System. Supported work group with completing audits on block diagrams and cable audits (factory acceptance testing). Researched Mean-Time-Between-Failures and completed shipping paperwork for equipment shipped to multiple locations for field tests. Completed property audits; identifying location of equipment or providing documentation listing disposition of offsite equipment. Coordinated with multiple government agencies and completed DD1149's and associated shipping paperwork to permanently transfer equipment to/from the government. Team member responsible for installation and or removal of temporary alterations onboard the USS Hartford (SSN-768) and USS Albuquerque (SSN-706). Data Transfer Agent; completed appropriate paperwork and transferred information to/from multiple networks in support of internal and external clients.

Managed multiple large scale telecommunications upgrades to Classified/Unclassified Data/Voice Networks identifying, eliminating or mitigating solutions and business risks. Coordinated with senior level government executives, General Services Officers, cabling professionals, and logistics personnel translating customer requirements into formal agreements, and plans that culminated in acceptance of results while meeting business objectives. Operations Manager, White House Communications AgencySupervised a team of eight tasked with performing duties in the White House 24-hour Operations Center responsible for monitoring/restoring critical communications and computer systems. Implemented numerous emergency action plans and served as the focal point for all circuit and equipment outage/restoration processes. Managed a team of eight Situation Room personnel; tasked with providing direct worldwide telecommunications support to the President, Vice President, First Lady, and Secret Service. Analyzed information, situations, and implemented actions, independently or through the management team to ensure project objectives were met. Operated $4.5M secure video teleconferencing system, networked facsimile system, JWICS, and various LAN’s in a high stress zero-defect environment tasked with 24/7 national security awareness to the President, Vice President, National Security Council, Homeland Security Council, and others. Office of Naval Intelligence,Responsible for manpower, training, and circuit support to 496 billets (people) and $1.5 million of resource funding at 36 Worldwide Intelligence Communications sites responsible for planning and execution of support necessary to maintain global Intelligence mission readiness to include equipment, circuits, and personnel.Spearheaded a zero-based review of mission requirements and revalidation of nearly 500 Navy and Marine Corps officer and enlisted billets in the Global Defense Intelligence Program (GDIP) resulting in elimination of 100 billets that were eventually realigned to emergent War on Terrorism intelligence requirements. Served as Command Combined Federal Campaign Manager (United Way) two years in a row, earning the Chairman and President's Award, respectively, surpassing all previous campaign goals and awards; raised over $288 thousand dollars.
