Elkton Maryland

I am responsible for Network Operations and Security at all Cecil County Government locations. This includes Administration, Emergency Services, Law Enforcement, Central Landfill and Detention Center sites. I am involved in all facets of IT from fiscal/strategic planning all the way to implementation and client sign off. I regularly interface with vendors, technicians and department heads with a heavy hand in project management. I am part of the departmental leadership team and am tasked to advise the IT director on all IT related efforts involving network operations and security.

Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Area

I was contracted to work for the State of Pennsylvania in the Office of Administration located in the Commonwealth Technology Center. I participated in the rollout of an enterprise IDS/IPS system that covered over 8,00 servers and 80,000 endpoints. My responsibilities included Firewall installation/testing/management, creating technical documentation and providing training to State Network Administrators as they took over responsibilities.

East Earl Pennsylvania

I was part of a team responsible for the server farm at the corporate headquarters of a national manufacturing company with 24/7 operations. I also provided direction and oversight when needed for remote staff at locations around the country.

New Holland Pennsylvania

I was a Network Administrator for a small IT department and also maintained the Helpdesk. I was responsible for multiple sites/domains in a manufacturing environment.
