I am proud and honored to serve in a profession that makes a difference. I have been, and continue to be, privileged to work with dedicated and skilled professionals since 1993 with quality 9-1-1 centers like West Suburban Consolidated Dispatch Center (WSCDC), DuPage Public Safety Communications (DU-COMM), and Northwest Central Dispatch System (NWCDS). After serving in the United States Coast Guard, I took a chance on this career-path, and I am glad I did! It's exciting to lead NWCDS into the future with my team. I also enjoy teaching and presenting for the National Emergency Number Association (NENA), International Academies of Emergency Dispatch (IAED), and locally at Harper College in Palatine, Illinois. I serve proudly on the Illinois 9-1-1 Statewide Advisory Board, as the Vice President of Illinois NENA, and as the co-chair of both the NENA Education Advisory Board, as well as the IL-APCO/INENA Joint Legislative Committee.
