Outsourced significant manufacturing to Asia yielding 10% reduction to overall product cost and reduced build cycle time by three days through configure and build to order manufacturing strategies. Project lead for acquisition of Inacom to enable custom configuration and direct fulfillment capabilities. Reorganized the finance department into two groups, a centralized transactional accounting staff and financial operations support that reduced annual operating budget by 20%.General Manager of research and development division created to design and manufactur rear projection display engines for computer data monitors, portable front projectors, and high definition televisions.
